プライバシーポリシー

1. 運営者と対象

本ポリシーは、AIconication（山田遼祐）が提供するiPhoneアプリ「LogLoom」と「SNSボード」（以下あわせて「本アプリ」）に適用します。本アプリは、会話を文字にして要約し、発信の題材や日々のSNS制作の確認に使うためのアプリです。

2. 運営者のサーバーについて

本アプリには運営者のサーバーがありません。録音、文字起こし、要約、APIキー、トークンを運営者が受け取ることはありません。本アプリの通信は、iPhoneから、ご本人が選んだ各サービス（Google、AIの提供事業者、GitHub）へ直接行われます。本アプリには広告や行動分析のための外部ツールを組み込んでいません。

3. 本アプリが扱う情報

• マイクの音声：録音中だけ聞き取り、iPhoneの中で文字にします。音声はファイルとして保存しません。Apple Watchで録音した場合は、短い区切りごとにiPhoneへ送り、文字にしたあと削除します。
• 文字起こしと要約：要約と題材の案は、ご本人のiCloud（プライベートデータベース）に保存します。文字起こしの全文は、設定に応じてご本人のGoogleドライブに保存し、iPhoneには残しません。
• カレンダー：ご本人が許可した場合に限り、iPhoneのカレンダーから予定の名前と時刻を読み、録音を予定ごとに区切ります。予定を書き換えることはありません。
• APIキーとトークン：ご本人が入力したAIのAPIキー、GitHubのトークン、Googleの更新用トークンは、iPhoneのキーチェーン（この端末のみ、バックアップ対象外）に保存します。
• SNSボードの制作物：ご本人のGitHubの非公開リポジトリにある制作物を読み、ご本人が送った返事（OK・修正・保留）をそのリポジトリに書き込みます。

4. Googleアカウントの情報

Googleでログインした場合、本アプリは次の権限だけをお願いします。

• メールアドレスと基本的なプロフィール：ログイン中のアカウントを画面に表示するため。
• Googleドライブの「本アプリが作成したファイル」（drive.file）：ドライブに「LogLoom」フォルダを作り、文字起こしを保存するため。本アプリが作成していないファイルは読みません。

Googleから受け取った情報は、上記の機能を提供するためだけに、ご本人のiPhoneの中で使います。運営者のサーバーへ送ること、広告に使うこと、第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。人が読むこともありません。本アプリによるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の使用と他のアプリへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。

アクセスはいつでも、本アプリの設定の「ログアウト」、またはGoogleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から取り消せます。

5. AIの提供事業者への送信

要約、下書き、言い直し、AIへの質問には、ご本人が選んだAI（Anthropic Claude、OpenAI ChatGPT、Google Gemini、xAI Grok）を、ご本人のAPIキーで利用します。その際、要約する文字起こし、質問の文章、ご本人が送ると選んだ画面の画像を、その事業者へ直接送ります。送った情報の扱いには、各事業者の方針が適用されます。

6. 削除

本アプリの設定から、録音の記録・題材、APIキーとトークンをすべて削除できます。Googleドライブに保存した文字起こしは、ご本人のドライブから削除できます。本アプリを削除すると、iPhone内の情報も削除されます。

Privacy policy — summary

LogLoom and SNS Board are iPhone apps provided by AIconication (Ryosuke Yamada). Contact: shonan@aiconication.com. The apps have no operator server: recordings, transcripts, summaries, API keys and tokens are never sent to us. The apps talk directly from your iPhone to the services you choose (Google, your AI provider, GitHub). There are no ads or analytics SDKs.

Audio is transcribed on your iPhone and is not stored as a file. Summaries are stored in your private iCloud database; full transcripts are saved to your Google Drive if you choose. With your permission, the apps read event titles and times from the iPhone calendar to split recordings by event. API keys and tokens are stored in the iPhone keychain (this device only, not backed up).

With Google sign-in, the apps request only your email and basic profile (to show which account is signed in) and Google Drive access limited to files the app creates (drive.file), used to create a “LogLoom” folder and save transcripts there. Information received from Google is used only on your device to provide these features. It is not sent to us, used for advertising, sold, or shared, and no person reads it. The apps’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access by signing out in the app or in your Google Account settings.

When you summarize, draft or ask the AI, the relevant text and any screen image you choose to send go directly to the AI provider you selected, using your own API key; that provider’s policy applies. You can delete records, keys and tokens in Settings, and transcripts in your Google Drive.
