Fujisawa Mall is a 3D town you can walk in your browser, developed in-house by AIconication. A seaside mall and its north plaza hold twelve shop units, a football stadium, a theatre and a shuttle train, and it is live at fujisawa-mall.com.

FROM A FUTURE CITY TO A MALL
Walk it like a game.
Reach real shops.
It began as “Neo Fujisawa City”, a 3D town themed on creating the city of a hundred years from now. Its shopping district, “Fujisawa Mall”, is now the name of the service.
The goal was a shopping mall you can walk like a high-quality game, where you discover shops and products and go on to buy them. From the shop list you can go on to the official sites, bookings, online stores and Instagram of real shops in Fujisawa and Shonan. Real shops are shown separately from the concept shops we created.

Buildings, shops and people are 3D models generated with Tripo AI and finished in Blender, and the scene-change and loading films are generated with Adobe Firefly. Plants and small objects fill the shops, and a great tree to the north and a statue to the south serve as landmarks for finding your way.
The football stadium has a penalty-kick mini game, the theatre has screenings, and the shuttle train carries you around town.

The full rebuild in October 2026 redesigned the flow from the entrance to the inside of each shop. Instead of loading every shop, film and floor before entry, it loads only what the current floor, facility or shop needs. Progress is shown on screen, and if something fails you can retry or return to a light shop list.
Inside a shop the view switches to first person, and returns to third person when you step out. Image quality is chosen automatically and can also be set by hand.

Stay connected to the town,
in an app too.
An iPhone version is also in development, with a bottom menu for moving between the mall and the shop list, and it is being tested on TestFlight.
Inside the app, we are also preparing “Fujisawa-bu”, an online members' community for the Fujisawa area. Under the banner “A club for making Fujisawa more fun”, it offers project progress posts, a members' plaza for events, recruiting and advice, and a personal page.

It runs on Cloudflare Workers. Every change passes the tests and the build, and the real screens are checked on a preview URL before going live. Checks in a desktop browser and on real smartphones are recorded separately.
